A statutory board that serves to create a sustainable environment to support, grow and expand the Singapore media industry. Offers various schemes and initiatives from animation to films or television and radio. At the annual Media Business Forum, MDA announced that the Singapore government will spend S$250 million to continue growing the media industry (see press release on 12 March 2009 attached):

BBC is a well-known broadcasting network based in the UK. Provides live television and radio clips round the clock. Its website supports 32 languages and allows partial customization on the flow of news content to appear.

It was setup in the United States, California, Saint Barbara in 1994. Though a resourceful website, the overall navigation of the website is not very user-friendly.
